What way should I go?

So what should I do with the next few years of my life? I am seriously considering going back to school, but I don’t know if I want to put that much time into it. I have worked for a while doing a job I am not too fond of, so I kind of feel like it might be time to move into something different.

I like the idea of doing something artsy. I could see myself getting into product design, clothing design, architecture or something like that. Something that would be fun and hopefully stimulating. I spend a lot of time browsing websites like Kitchendesignhq. A place where they have lots of different design ideas.

I like to look to see what kinds of things are in style and what direction the culture is moving in. There is always that mix of people who go for vintage and those who go for the modern look. For me, the modern look is the best look, but sometimes when a person pulls off a vintage look really well it looks amazing.

What do I not want to do? Retail or restaurant jobs are not interesting me right now. I don’t mind being on my feet all day as long as I am doing something interesting. On the other side of the spectrum I have also considered learning to be a chef. It is still something creative that I can do and plus it is a pretty neat skill to have. Anyways, it is not like I have to answer this question today. Just need to start thinking about it and hopefully move in a direction that I can be happy with.

It is still tempting to go back to school, I think I would really enjoy that. Plus there is a lot of social aspects to school that would be fun. Until tomorrow I will just keep browsing my design websites and see where that takes me. Adios!
